A homeowners association is an organization responsible for enhancing the lives of a community’s residents and for safeguarding property values of the homes within the community. It does so by establishing rules and guidelines for maintaining the community’s overall appearance, overseeing the maintenance and repair of amenities and other community assets, and coordinating activities and events for residents.
The HOA fee is $750/year.
