When it comes to ways to enjoy the sunshine and the nice weather, we’re always striving for more, and that’s why we’re so happy to announce a new amenity park in Candela: our very own Sunshine Park, opening soon!
Located in one of our newest neighborhoods, Sunshine Park is surrounded by all the comforts that you’ve come to expect from Candela, including six new model homes from Coventry, Perry, and Westin Homes situated on 40- and 50-foot lots. Opening at the end of this summer, this new amenity park in Richmond will bring all-new ways to have fun in the sun, along with more of what already makes Candela’s many outdoor amenities among the best in the area.
For starters, Sunshine Park will boast a lake view that has to be seen to be believed. You can enjoy that view from either open or shaded seating areas throughout the park or while walking or jogging along one of the many trails in the surrounding area. Built into the center of this new amenity park in Richmond is the piece de resistance, a one-of-a-kind playground that your kids will love! We also think it makes an excellent backdrop for selfies!
